Disclosure of Members’ Access to Credit Union Documents:
As a member, upon request, you are entitled to review or receive a copy of the most recent version of the following credit union documents:

  1. Balance sheet and income statement (the non-confidential pages of the latest call report may be given to meet this requirement);
  2. A summary of the most recent annual audit completed in accordance with §91.516 of this chapter;
  3. Written board policy regarding access to the articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, guidelines, board policies, and copies thereof
  4. Internal Revenue Service Form 990.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth (for individuals), and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license (for individuals) or other identifying documents.
