Telephone Account Access is financial convenience at your fingertips, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our new system now has a crisp, clear auto-attendant (Kate) with Speech Recognition and Touch Tone capability. The system is also bi-lingual with both English and Spanish menu options available.
Need your account balance while you’re on the go? Talk about easy! Simply press 1 while in the Touch Tone menu or just say, “Quick Check” and our enhanced Telephone Account Access will get your account balances in a jiffy! The Speech Recognition feature now gives you the flexibility of speaking your request rather than using your phone’s keypad, if you prefer. Additionally, feel free to say your request at any time while in the Speech menu….there’s no need to wait for Kate to say the prompt.
You can reach our Telephone Account Access by calling 800.892.1111 or 409.892.1111 (option 1). All you need is your member number and PIN. If you do not have a PIN or have trouble accessing iPhone, call our Member Services Department or come into the credit union and see one of our Full Service Representatives for assistance.
