Network Specialist – (Beaumont, TX)
Responsibilities: Primary duties include providing primary support for the Credit Union’s WAN/LAN, network, servers, voice and Internet systems, network operations and features delivery, connectivity, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting network and system hardware and software. Supporting and maintaining server, virtual server, mainframe, storage, conditioned powder delivery, back-up (off-grid) power delivery for all branches, wide area communications, database systems, network and systems security and access controls. Assist Help Desk Team as needed with computer and peripheral support, hardware maintenance upgrades, troubleshooting and repair. Responsible for the detection, reaction to, and prevention of network security breaches through best practices and effective management of these practices. Maintain documentation of entire network; servers, printers, routers, switches, cabling/infrastructure, and software applications.
Requirements: Candidates will have three years to five years of similar or related experience. At least a two-year degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program. Applicable network and data security certifications required (or must be willing to obtain within one year on the job) Previous Information Systems Technology experience including networks, PCs, data communications, mainframe and PC programming, data organization, voice and video systems, data back-up, security, electrical power protection, strategic and business planning systems engineering and design.
Systems Technician – (Beaumont, TX)
Responsibilities: Primary duties include providing exceptional Help Desk support to members and employees. Interface with vendors during implementation, configuration of software & hardware, data communications & cabling, prioritizing and resolution of problems and issues using Help Desk ticket tracking system. Computer and peripheral support: Hardware maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repair. Assists in installation, support, upgrade, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, phone, Internet access and database systems. Assists with the development of internal procedures and documentation for systems and software applications.

Call Center Representative (Beaumont, TX)
Responsibilities: Primary duties include responding to general inquiries regarding the credit union and its products and services. Assisting members and potential members with initiating all available deposit accounts, performs account research. Interviews members, takes loan applications and/or recommends loan alternatives. Cross-sell products and services to members as a solution to members needs. Maintain appropriate records and prepare required reports for deposit accounts and loans, including disclosures and other compliance related requirements.
Requirements: Candidates will have six months to two years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Must have good listening and communication skills, ability to operate general office equipment, must be able to operate related computer software as provided by the credit union. Ability to general essential reports, interprets data and calculates ratios, identify acceptable manners of personal identification for telephone security. Must understand the basics of the Federal Reserve System, check clearing process and negotiable instruments and internal and external electronic ACH.
Outbound Solutions Representative – (Beaumont, TX)
Responsibilities: Primary duties include receiving and processing leads/referrals generated from various channels. Making outgoing calls to potential and existing members to welcome and/or recommend products and services relevant to their needs. Supports sales and service culture, cross-selling initiatives, and training objectives. Assists Retail management with the daily operations of the department and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Gives input for current on boarding strategies, product development and ongoing targeted campaigns. Assists with preparing call volume/statistical reports on a monthly basis. Becomes proficient in all electronic channels and phone system. Maintains and updates Customer Relationship Management information for accuracy and ease of use. Coordinates unusual or sensitive member relations situations and/or directs to appropriate channels for correct and timely solutions.

Guide – (Dayton, TX)
Responsibilities: Primary duties include greeting each member and visitor as they enter the building. Offering assistances to members/visitors, determines the nature of their business and refers them to the appropriate staff member or department. Identifies the member’s needs and directs them accordingly and sets the foundation for all member interactions in the branch. Serves as an influencer in setting the stage for the member experience to help overcome objections and mitigate member complaints. Remains attentive to all member needs. Finalizes transactions for members. Prepares branch lobby and offices for the day’s business. Maintains clean and organized video suites and a clean lobby experience. Assists with branch opening and closing duties. Maintains document and disclosure supplies for all Smart Solution interactions.
Requirements: Candidates will have at least one year to three years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Good attention to detail with ability to see differences in words and numbers used to classify materials for filing.
Teller II – Full Time (Beaumont, TX)
Responsibilities: Primary duties include receiving and processing member financial transactions. Sells negotiable and miscellaneous items the credit union offers to the membership. Resolves member problems within authority. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. ATM daily maintenance. Encoding duties, inventory and maintenance of cash dispense machines. Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning products and services.
Requirements: Candidates will have at least one year of similar or related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of common scam and fraud prevention practices. Process an overall knowledge of the resources and services as frontline, first contact with members. Knowledge of the fundamentals of the financial industry, including an understanding of the Federal Reserve System, the check clearing process and the legal theory of negotiable instruments and collections. Ability to operate general office equipment.
Teller I – Full Time (Beaumont, Lumberton & Mid-County, TX)
Responsibilities: Primary duties include processing monetary transactions of members (i.e. cashier’s checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, saving bonds, loan payments, etc.), and managing the funds of an assigned station; delivering quality member service by greeting and responding to members promptly and courteously and executing competent security procedures by being observant and informed about potential security risks.
Requirements: Candidates will have at least six months cash handling experience, with prior teller experience being a plus; a high school diploma or equivalent; must know 10-key by touch and be proficient using Windows based operating systems. Strong customer service skills, in addition to a high level of detail orientation are necessary. In addition, must have the ability to cross-sell credit union promotions and products.
